THE ROYAL HOUSE of STUART
"Guardians of the Ancient Scottish Crown"
"Guardians of the Ancient Scottish Crown"
"Two lives bound by duty, grace, honour, and the eternal flame of a great dynasty, the Prince and Princess of the House of Stuart carry the legacy of Scotland forward."
A formal address from Their Royal Highnesses
We, Prince Bruce and Princess Liudmyla of the Royal House of Stuart, do hereby
solemnly affirm our enduring commitment to the Kingdom of Scotland and to all
who dwell within her ancient and noble bounds.
We do not inherit a crown as one inherits a house or an estate. We inherit a responsibility a sacred trust placed in our hands by those who came before and those who are yet to come. Scotland does not ask us to be great. She asks us to be worthy.
By right of blood, by sacred oath,
and by the undying will of our forebears, we stand as guardians of this realm;
not to rule, but to serve; not to possess, but to protect.
Let it be known throughout Alba and beyond that the flame of the House of Stuart
burns as brightly today as it did when our ancestors first took up the crown.
Scotland endures. The House endures. We endure.
Excerpts from historical documents and letters of the Royal House of Stuart
Before crowns and thrones, there was Scotland.
And from Scotland, a line was born that would never bow to time.
A name carried not by claim, but by destiny.
They do not stand above Scotland, they stand for it.
Every vow taken is bound not to power, but to responsibility,
not to rule, but to guardianship of a nation’s spirit.
A nation stands behind them.
A legacy lives within them.
When Scotland stands, they stand.
When Scotland endures, they lead.
The Prince and Princess of the House of Stuart are not defined by what they inherit, but by what they uphold — duty, continuity, and the enduring spirit of Scotland.
